Social Worker - Early Intervention*

Overview
The Lipton Early Intervention Program provides family-centered, community based, home visiting services in the Leominster/Fitchburg MA area for eligible infants and toddlers who have been diagnosed with developmental delays, established medical conditions and/or specific risk factors.
Responsibilities
Provide direct intervention services to chilren 0-3 and their families
Conduct evaluations and assessments particular to individual specialty
Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans
Coordinate services and act as a resource for children and families
Assist in transition planning prior to discharge from the program
Attend staff meetings, in-service education and other professional meetings as required
Maintain client and administrative records according to center policy
Qualifications
Masters Degree required; MA license required
Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered and insured automobile for work related purposes
Ability to work independently and contribute to overall success of team
Experience working with young children and families
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills; flexibility
Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply
Must be able to pass a CORI background check

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
