Manufacturing Manager
We are assisting our Client, an innovative high growth leader, for search of a Key Manufacturing
Manager.

Do you thrive on solving complex problems, and have past working experience with competencies in at least one of the following areas;
Responsible for the management and coordination of production operations.
Implement Manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the operations supports Lean Practices.
Experienced in scrap control.
Must be Lean Systems knowledgeable
Must be experienced in scheduling
24/7 manufacturing operation schedule.
Degree in Plastics Technology or Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with extensive technical and supervisory background in a high volume plastic injection molding operation strongly preferred.
8 Plus Years, years supervisory experience in manufacturing management.
Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) is required.
Experience in implementing Six Sigma and Black Belt initiatives
