Assistant Residential Directors are part of a professional team responsible for assisting people with developmental disabilities to live a safe, enjoyable life in their community with opportunities to learn and to exercise increasing independence and control over their lives.
Qualifications include High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with Acquired Brain Injury. Will Assist individuals with ADL's and potential disruptive behaviors. Hours include staff meetings. Valid driver's license required.
