Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - Assist in food preparation and assembly as needed - Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest relations - Demonstrate hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences - Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions - Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures - Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Strong problem-solving skills to address guest issues or concerns promptly - Flexibility to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed - Basic understanding of food service and safety regulations Note:
