We are currently seeking a Overnight Quality Inspector to join our Leominster, MA team.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities 1.
Performs start-up, in-process and final sampling inspection to assure that completed product meets all requirements including measurement and data recording.
2.
Plans and executes required audit activities (schedules, plans, reports, finding resolutions, etc.
) Performs and adequately documents internal Quality Audits of assigned office and projects.
3.
Completes sampling final inspection and sign-off product for release.
4.
Conduct non-conforming (NCMR) activities including back tracking, segregation and documentation.
5.
Collaborates in development and maintenance of policy, processes, procedures and related documents.
Reviews documents and implementation procedures to verify organization is compliant with quality management system.
6.
Assures all labeling and paperwork are precise and accurate.
7.
Promotes safety awareness including adhering to safety rules and requirements.
Participates, as needed, in safety audits and assessments.
8.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Supports the supervisor on duty as needed.
Qualifications Education and/or Experience Required at Entry:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Associate degree and/or specific Quality certifications preferred - 1-3 years Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Injection & extrusion quality experience preferred.
Skills, Abilities, Special Licenses or Certificate:
- Detail oriented - Demonstrated understanding of measurement techniques and equipment.
- Exceptional organization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate calmly, efficiently and effectively.
- Experience with IQMS - Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, word and excel specifically).
- Ability to effectively work as a team member - Ability to provide feedback when processes are not effective or efficient Job Type:
