Experience:
o 12 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
o 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.
o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.

Additional Details:
Mon thru Fri, Except every 5th weekend - work Sat/Sun and have the Thur before, and the Tues after - Off.

At least 1 year inpatient experience.
