All new behavior technicians will be provided training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis- a scientific approach to understanding behavior On the job training We provide opportunities for career growth such as achieving your Registered Behavior Technician certification and becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
You will be supervised by our highly skill Board Certified Behavior Analysts and will be provided with constructive feedback to develop knowledge and skills.
What will you be doing? You will provide 1:
1 care in group, home, school and or community settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques Collect data on programs, assist with parent training and assist the BCBA with clinical assessments Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols Collaborate with a treatment team including client, parents/caregivers, outside professionals and co-workers while maintaining client confidentiality For more information about Shapiro Educational and Behavioral Consult visit sebcaba.
