Team lead, Donna Molet, is a lifetime resident of Central Massachusettes with a reputation of over-delivering on service.
Team Molet averages 40 transactions per year and are amidst growing the team.
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our growth! General Description As our Real Estate Assistant, you'd be a pivotal player in both our creative marketing endeavors and our essential administrative operations.
You would be responsible for the end-to-end task management of property listings, transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for Donna's clients.
In addition, you would be tasked with creating, implementing, and overseeing the branding and content that will showcase Team Molet and its listings in the best light.
In this role, you are the right hand to the team leader, Donna Molet! While supporting the team with Real Estate deals and executing marketing, you are asked to also provide day-to-day support that would include managing office supplies, running errands and an array of tasks that arise throughout the work week.

Highly organized and know how to operate with smooth efficiency even amidst rapidly changing priorities Detail-oriented and catch the smallest errors Have a servant's heart; you love to support clients and your team Communicate extremely well, both verbally and through your writing Skilled in project management with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Confident, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter who can work independently; you don't require someone looking over your shoulder all day Responsibilities Listings & Transactions Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of property listings and buyers, from the initial appointment through the listing process, transaction coordination, and post-closing activities Create and maintain tracking schedules and timelines to ensure execution of contractual closing obligations, meeting critical deadlines On the ground support of listings, including signs, lockboxes, staging, property checks.
Coordination of photographers, measurers, contractors, and repairs Coordinate with various service providers (appraisers, inspectors, surveyors) to ensure their timely involvement and delivery of reports Marketing Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns from implementation ideation to execution to analysis Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials needed to successfully list a home Produce all marketing materials including blogs, online marketing, social media posts, etc.
to continuously build our brand Create and manage social media plans, postings and communication.
Content channels to include Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Assist Team Lead with executing marketing plans to follow-up with sphere of influence and past clients throughout the year Help maintain and improve the team website, Google My Business, and other platforms used to have an online presence Administration Fulfill office management tasks to include organizing the office space, ordering supplies, putting together the team meeting agenda, etc.
Schedule appointments, making travel and/or meeting arrangements and maintaining business calendar for Donna Provide misc.
administrative support to Donna and team members Keep digital filing system, files, and Donna's email efficient and organized Manage the project management system and see through that SOPs are being implemented Qualifications Real Estate experience preferred but not required! Social media and marketing skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner High school diploma or G.

required 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Compensation $20-$22/hour depending on experience Flexible schedule Full-time or part-time can be discussed Job Types:
