00 pm Essential Job Functions:
- Provides active chair-side assistance utilizing four-handed dentistry and anticipates provider's needs - Answer questions patients may have regarding their treatment plans and review post-operative instructions - Provide support and reassurance to patients during dental procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety - Oversee operatory set-up and clean-up, including the sterilization process - Organize, stock, and maintain the office dental lab and operatories - Manage the entire lab tracking system to ensure that all lab cases are packaged, mailed, and delivered on time - Prepare the instruments and materials required to treat each patient - Takes digital radiographs and intra-oral photos - Maintain the highest level of confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines - Adheres to OSHA and practice standards - Work together as a team to provide compassionate and complete comprehensive oral care to every patient who walks through our doors Leominster Family Dentists is taking all extra precautions to protect our patients and staff.
We will provide all the PPE required by ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
In addition to our generous compensation and benefits package, our office provides complimentary laundry service for our clinical team.
The practice provides scrubs after 90 days of employment.
