What our Service Advisors do - Meets dealership sales goals Works with customer and technicians to identify required maintenance Advises customers on necessary and recommended services Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customers Qualifications - MUST have minimum 2 Years' experience at a high-volume dealer Displays customer relationship and interpersonal skills and maintains focus on customer satisfaction Maintain core knowledge of products and product updates Meets deadlines by prioritizing assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure Is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and success driven Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Maintains professional appearance and positive, high-energy presence Holds valid driver's license Able to pass background and drug screenings About Our Company:
