Job Description Are you looking for a career change into administrative and healthcare field located in a professional office setting? If so, this is the perfect position for you! RHC is currently searching for full-time Customer Service Representatives.
In this role, you would assist with patient needs including but not limited to helping patients understand their sleep apnea machines, troubleshoot equipment with patients, and assist with ordering supplies.
We offer a team-based environment with extensive training to ensure confidence and success of our staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting patients and/or doctor offices Make outgoing phone calls to new patients introducing Regional Home Care and checking patient eligibility requirements for equipment Processing orders with a high level of attention to detail Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, live chat, and email Gain knowledge company respiratory products and services Perform and process other assigned tasks on a daily basis Required Skills:
Excellent communicator with a passion to provide outstanding customer service Proficient computer skills Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily workflow Multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Resourceful and solution oriented with the ability to problem solve High school diploma / G.
