We provide Professional Information Technologies Services to businesses and state/local government across the Commonwealth.
We are currently seeking to add one IT Support Technician to our team.

This Position:
This role requires someone who is outgoing, has excellent communication skills, enjoys regularly collaborating with a close team, and has the ability to multitask effectively.
In this position, you will learn the 'ins and outs' of IT Technical Support; gaining skills such as hardware assembly, software configuration, key troubleshooting steps, functionality of imaging and backup software, and much more.

Strong core-knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or macOS.
Certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, WatchGuard, etc.

years' experience Level I - II Tech Support / Helpdesk / MSP.
Initial Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide remote and occasional onsite support for Clients (support of desktops/laptops, servers, network switches, firewalls, routers, etc.
).
Assemble, setup, configure and deploy all supported hardware solutions.
Collaborate with peers to develop project and network infrastructure plans.
Configuring and operating remote access software (RDP, VPN, Terminal Service).
Working with Microsoft Applications (Windows, Office, Server, Active Directory).
Enter all time and service info into a PSA Application.
Additional Opportunities:
Networking configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VLANs).
Backup configurations and recovery planning/testing.
Remote scripting, monitoring and managing of supported devices.
Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
