Dental Treatment Coordinator Requirements:
Dental Office
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year required Dentrix Dental Software:
Preferred, but not required Tentative Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift - Availability to work 1 evening per week until 8:
00 pm The Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator would demonstrate a commitment to the company's core values, organizational values, and mission statement.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Ensure the alignment of the office with the core purpose and beliefs of the company -Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity and also allow for exceptional patient care -Provide general support to front desk staff and patients including, answering phones, and scheduling appointments to maximize provider productivity - Calculate and collect patient co-payments - Coordinate and present treatment plans to patients in a timely and professional manner - Follow-up with non-scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments - Maintain meticulous records to ensure all provider, insurance, and patient accounts are 100% accurate - Address patient concerns in a calm and effective manner to ensure patient satisfaction - Upload dental insurance policies and verify insurance coverage - Respond to text messages, emails, correspondence, etc.
- Perform various office duties as assigned by the Office Manager Our office is taking all extra precautions to keep our patients and staff safe.
We will provide all the necessary PPE required by ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
