RHC is currently searching for full-time Billing Support Representatives.
In this role, you would perform various tasks to support our billing department including but not limited to verifying accuracy of billing data through confirming eligibility requirements, submitting forms to doctor's offices and insurance companies, and data entry of patient information.

Responsibilities:
Perform patient eligibility confirmations with insurance companies via electronically and phone Process pre-authorization functions in accordance with insurance guidelines via electronically and phone Responsible for the billing of payer claims according to contract terms per insurance guidelines Enter information into patient accounts regarding clinical documents, status, and insurance outcomes Ability to work across many departments to provide support to the various aspects of the billing department and billing process Gain knowledge of company respiratory products and services Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills:
Organized with proficient computer skills Self-motivated and able to handle repetitive tasks Attention to detail Willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent preferred Why work at Regional Home Care?
